The founder of our firm, attorney Bernard H. Dempsey, Jr. has been named a Florida Super lawyer *, recognized in Who's Who in American Law, and has received numerous awards and accolades as a leading attorney in numerous fields of law.

In 1966, Mr. Dempsey was involved in the Attorney General's Summer Intern Program with the United States Department of Justice: Court of Claims Section, Civil Division. From 1967 to 1969, Mr. Dempsey was a Law Clerk to the Honorable Joseph P. Lieb and from 1969 to 1973, he was an Assistant United States Attorney. From May 1973 to August 1973, Mr. Dempsey was a Special Assistant to the United States Attorney. He has been in private practice since 1973.
